I have not smoked in 40 days and I am doing great. I have been working out and I am starting to get a lot more energy, but its still hard to wake up. I have even went out and had some drinks and did not smoke.
I am 27 and have been smoking regularly since I was 14 or 15(12-13 years). I mostly smoke around 10 to 15 a day but if I am drinking beer I will smoke a lot more. I have tried to stop many times and usually stop for around 1 or 2 weeks and become ill and earitable so I will cave in and start back.
